Connecting with your costumers

High-Tech or Hight-Touch? With this question, the amazing Evan Carroll owner of Evan Carroll & Association started his presentation at the Digital Branding Analytics Miami 2019 Conference #DBAmiami. Evan mentioned that a company should strive for an experience that has three things which he called it the win-win-win; to create a better experience to the customers, employees and the bottom line. Marketers should think more differently about the way their marketing is, for ways to incorporate more the human touch. The keys to connecting with customers are the Three R’s;

Relationship

To create a relationship with your customers, try to make them feel like a person and not just a number. IBM studies say that 76% of people expect organizations to understand their individual needs. 

Responsiveness

Consumers want companies to be more aware of their questions, 81% of consumers demand to improve response time.

Readiness

Consumers love when companies or organizations are always stepping up to be ready when the costumers need you, 68% anticipate organizations will harmonize customers experiences.

So, when you are going to start a project in your job area, think about how to deepen the relationship, how to be more responsive and the organization can be more ready to meet the needs of your audience.
